If you need to return a product then we can accept new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping costs.

If you have received faulty or incorrect goods then please let us know as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation.
How to return an item or items
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
When to expect your refund
We aim to refund purchases within 7 working days of receiving them back, which will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take 5 – 10 business days for your bank or payment processor to process the refund.
